Resolve EQ Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
The short version
What you write is yours. Your school never sees it. Neither does a group leader or the people you email. The only way a counselor can read a session or Advice conversation is if you share it, and you can stop sharing at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not use what you write to train AI models, and the AI companies we work with are bound by contract not to either.
You are talking with an AI. What you write is sent to one or more third-party AI model providers so the coach can respond and so our safety system can check each message. Every reply the AI writes is checked before you see it.
There is a safety system. If it picks up that you may not be safe, you see support resources. If you joined through a school or a group that has a Designated Response Lead (DRL), that person is told the kind of concern and who you are, so they can reach you. They are not told what you wrote. Not a summary, not a sentence, nothing.
If you have no DRL (individual subscribers, consumer groups, and schools or groups that chose not to name one), nothing is sent outside Resolve EQ. You see resources.
Resolve EQ is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911. To talk to someone now, call or text 988.
You can ask us to delete your account through Get help or by email to help@resolveeq.com. We delete your conversations. We keep a record that a safety alert was raised and what we sent.
Questions? Use Get help in the app or email help@resolveeq.com. Privacy questions go to the same address.
1. About this policy
1.1 Who we are. Resolve EQ is offered by HappiYou LLC, a New York limited liability company ("HappiYou", "we", "us").
1.2 What this covers. The Resolve EQ app and website, for everyone who uses it: people who join through a school or group with an access code, individual subscribers, and consumer-group members. It also covers people who receive an alert email from someone using Resolve EQ (Section 14). The rest of happiyou.com is covered by the HappiYou website Privacy Policy.
1.3 What it does not cover. Your school's own records and practices.
1.4 Words we use. These words mean the same as in the Resolve EQ Terms of Use.
School, group
Plain meaning: The organization that gave you an access code. A group can be a program, team or workplace.Personal code
Plain meaning: The access code you used once to join. It stays on your account and is how your school confirms the account is yours.Access period
Plain meaning: The time your account is connected to a school or group. Staff see only what happened during it.Individual subscriber
Plain meaning: Someone who pays for Resolve EQ on their own, with no school or group.DRL (Designated Response Lead)
Plain meaning: The trained person (or people) your school or group names to be told if the safety check shows you may not be safe.Counselor, Admin
Plain meaning: Staff at your school or group. An Admin runs the setup and sees totals; a Counselor supports students.Staff
Plain meaning: The Admins, Counselors and DRLs at your school or group.Crisis path
Plain meaning: A Level 1 or Level 2 alert, a Referral Flag, or a share you made. The only time your DRL or Counselors see a summary of you.Safety record
Plain meaning: The short record of what the safety check found and what was sent. It never contains what you wrote.
2. What we collect and why
Account information
What it includes: Legal name, preferred name, personal email (used to sign in), school email (school users; verified at registration and locked once verified), password (stored only in scrambled form) or a Google or Apple identity if you used one to finish access-code sign-up, optional student ID, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, when you joined, and the terms version you accepted and when.
Why we use it: To create and secure your account, sign you in, confirm you belong to the school or group whose code you used, record that you accepted the Terms, and contact you about your account. If you change your login email, we confirm the new address before it takes effect.Your personal code and access periods
What it includes: The personal access code you redeemed, recorded on your account permanently with the date you redeemed it; which school or group it belongs to; and the start and end dates of each access period and why it ended. You can see your code in Settings. Staff at your school or group see it wherever they identify you. If you move to another school or group, HappiYou keeps your old code internally so past safety records still point at the right school and term; the new school never sees it.
Why we use it: To connect you to the right organization, apply its plan, route safety alerts to the right DRL, let your school confirm an account is yours, and make sure each organization's access covers only its own period. What you write (session content)
What it includes: Everything you write and the AI coach's responses, in a Resolve session and in Advice, your answers at each stage, AI-generated summaries and insights shown to you, and your debrief.
Why we use it: To coach you, show you your history, and keep your conversations available to you.Your plan in your words
What it includes: The plan you write, your check-in timing, and how it went.
Why we use it: To show you your plan exactly as you wrote it. We never rewrite it.Coaching memory
What it includes: What the AI remembers between conversations about the people and situations you describe and the coaching style that works for you, plus a periodic snapshot. Encrypted at rest.
Why we use it: To carry context forward so you do not start from zero each time. Never shown to your school.Mood
What it includes: The mood you pick on the home screen.
Why we use it: To shape the session AI's tone. In the app: "Only you and Resolve can see this."Growth data
What it includes: Your progress over time, milestones, and My Journey.
Why we use it: To show you your growth and shape future coaching.Session details
What it includes: Dates and times, stages reached, whether a session is complete or ended early, how many you have used, whether it was Advice or a Resolve session, and the type of conflict (assigned by the system). Never your own title for a conflict.
Why we use it: To run Resolve EQ, count use against your plan or purchases, and create reports for your school. See Section 4 for what your school's staff see.Safety records
What it includes: See Section 3.
Why we use it: To keep you safe and to check that the safety system works.Support requests (Referral Flag)
What it includes: Only if you say yes to letting someone at your school know you may want support: your name and school email, the kind of request, the type of situation you named (for example sexual assault or harassment, dating violence or stalking, discrimination or bias, hazing), the time, and how many sessions you have used.
Why we use it: To pass your request to your school's DRL. The next steps are your school's.Shares you choose
What it includes: If you share a session or Advice conversation with a counselor: who you shared it with (a named Counselor or the counseling team), whether you shared a summary or the full conversation, when you started and stopped sharing.
Why we use it: To show the counselor what you chose, and nothing else, for as long as you choose.Semester check-in
What it includes: Your answers to a 12-item check-in about how you handle conflict, before you start and again at the end of the semester. School users only; group and individual users do not take it.
Why we use it: To show you your own change over time and, only in combined de-identified form, to show your school whether Resolve EQ helps.AI response reports
What it includes: When you report an AI response: that message, the reason you chose, any note you add, and where you were in the app. Your name and student ID are never attached; the report records which session it came from so we can review it.
Why we use it: To review and improve the AI. HappiYou reads these; your school never does.Alert recipients
What it includes: The email address of anyone you choose to send an alert to, whether it was delivered or bounced, and any re-send.
Why we use it: Only to send the email you asked us to send. See Section 14.Purchases
What it includes: What you bought (a pack, a monthly option or an individual subscription), when, how much, and plan status. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it: To give you what you bought and keep records the law requires.Help requests
What it includes: When you use Get help or email help@resolveeq.com: your message, a ticket number (for example HR-1042), its status, your role and school or group, and the email we reply to. Never session or conversation content. Your school or group never sees your requests.
Why we use it: To answer you within one business day.Technical and log data
What it includes: Device type, browser, operating system, app version, IP address, error logs, security and access logs. We do not put what you write into these logs.
Why we use it: To keep Resolve EQ secure and working and prevent abuse.Home screen and reminders
What it includes: Your mood picks, which weekly library pick you opened, your reminder settings and the reminders we sent.
Why we use it: To show your home screen and send the reminders you asked for. Student-only.Follow-up
What it includes: Your answers to a short three-question follow-up 14 days after you finish a session, if you choose to answer.
Why we use it: To show you how it went and, only in combined de-identified form, to understand whether Resolve EQ helps.Request access
What it includes: If your school's sessions run out and you tap "Request access", we tell your school's Admins your name ("We'll share your name so they can follow up."). Nothing about your sessions.
Why we use it: So your school can decide whether to give you more.Browser storage
What it includes: A sign-in session, the ten-minute confirm-it's-you unlock and remembered preferences. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
Why we use it: To keep you signed in and safe. See the Cookie and Analytics Notice.Messages to us
What it includes: What you send us by email.
Why we use it: To answer you.
2.1 The Semester check-in. Your individual answers are never shared with your school, a group leader, or anyone else. The first check-in is required before you start, and the end-of-semester check-in is required before you continue (a "hard gate" at both points). Combined results are not used in marketing.
2.2 What we do not collect. Social Security numbers, your location, your contacts, or biometric data.
3. How the safety system uses your information
3.1 Every message is checked. A separate safety system, running on our servers apart from the AI coach, checks each message you send, in a Resolve session and in Advice alike, and also checks the AI's own replies. Your message is processed by an AI model from one of our third-party AI model providers. The AI coach never sees the safety system's rules or results. Every reply the AI coach writes is also checked before you see it; a reply that fails the check is replaced with a short line asking you to say more. The safety check is always on while you use Resolve EQ; there is no setting that turns it off. If the safety check itself cannot run, Resolve EQ does not start new AI replies until it can: you see the support resources with the line "Resolve is taking a short break. If you need someone now, call or text 988, or 911 in an emergency.", and everything you have saved stays saved.
3.1a Automated decisions. The safety check is an automated process. Its only effects are what you see on screen and, where your school or group has a DRL, a notification to them. It never decides anything about your grades, housing, employment or standing; what your school does after it is told is the school's own decision.
3.2 The safety record. For each message, the system keeps a short record: an identifier for your account and the message, the level it assigned (including "no concern"), for a Level 1 which kind of danger it noticed from a short fixed list, for a disclosure which kind, how confident it was, a short reason written by the AI that ran the check, and which version of the check was used. The record points to the message; it does not copy your conversation. Your school and DRL never see the AI's written reason.
3.3 Safety alerts (school and group users with a DRL). The system has three levels plus two separate signals.
Level 1 (immediate danger): coaching stops, you see crisis resources, and every DRL on your school's list is told right away by text message and email. The text and email say only that there is an alert, with the time and a sign-in link; your name and details appear only after the DRL signs in. After the resources screen you can go back to your paused session when you are ready. Level 1 is for danger only: suicidal ideation, suicidal intent now, self-harm, danger to others, or being in danger from someone now. The DRL receives the level, the fact, your full name and verified school email, your personal code, the time, status, the kind of concern from that short list, and your history of past safety levels and dates at this school. Never what you wrote. You are told this has happened. In the app: "What you said was not shared. They were told the kind of concern, not your words."
Level 2 (significant distress): your conversation pauses, you are offered resources, and every DRL on your school's list is told by email, with the same identifying details and your history shown after sign-in. In the app: "Someone who can support you has been told you may want to talk. What you said was not shared."
Level 3 (worth noticing): nothing is sent. The conversation continues and the coach may check in with you in its own words. Your school sees only counts in a weekly summary, never your name.
Isolation: if the system notices isolation language, you may be offered a check-in. It is logged for pattern review and is not an alert.
Patterns over time: a pattern across sessions may be shown to your DRL or a Counselor for review. The pattern alert lists the sessions and Advice conversations that contributed, with their dates and the kind of signal. It never shows anything you wrote, and an Advice conversation in that list has no link to open it.
3.4 Reaching you in a crisis. Staff at a school normally see only your verified school email, never your personal email or phone. The one exception: on a Level 1 or Level 2 alert, if you have no verified school email on file, the DRL and the crisis contact card also show your personal email and phone number, for that alert only, never on the roster or any other screen, and every such use is logged.
3.5 Only your current school or group. Alerts go only to the organization whose access period is active. Nothing from before you joined, or from time as an individual subscriber, is reported to it, and nothing after your access period ends goes to your former organization. Staff can read your safety signals only while you have an open access period at their school.
3.6 No DRL. Individual subscribers and consumer groups never have a DRL. A school or group may also choose not to name one. In every such case, support resources appear in the app and nothing is sent to anyone outside Resolve EQ. In the app: "No one is notified in a crisis. Resolve EQ shows you resources instead." That means no one will come to check on you. HappiYou is not a crisis responder and does not call anyone. If you need help, reach out to 988, 911, or the Support link in the footer.
3.7 Disclosures. If you tell the coach about sexual assault or harassment, dating violence or stalking, discrimination or bias, or hazing, in a Resolve session or in Advice, Resolve EQ shows resources for that kind of situation and, only if your school or group has an active DRL, asks whether you want someone at your school to know. You are asked once per kind per session. Nothing is sent unless you say yes (Section 2, Referral Flag); no one at your school can ever see a no. A disclosure is not a crisis alert; if a Level 1 or Level 2 signal arrives with it, the crisis screens come first. Resolve EQ cannot file a complaint or a formal report.
3.8 Help requests are not monitored for crisis. Nothing you write in Get help is run through the safety system, and a help request never notifies your school. The form and every reply say so and give the crisis numbers.

Group leaders (Admin, Counselor or DRL at a group) see the same as school staff for their group. Consumer-group members have no leader who sees anything.
4.1 The rule in one sentence. Your school's Admin sees aggregated numbers only. Your DRL and Counselors see a summary of you only if you are in a crisis path: a Level 1 or Level 2 alert, a Referral Flag, or a share you started. Nobody at your school reads a session or an Advice conversation unless you share it.
4.2 Sharing you choose. From any Resolve session or Advice conversation you can tap "Share with a counselor", pick one or more Counselors by name or "The counseling team", and choose "A summary" ("The main points, not your exact words.") or "The full conversation" ("Everything you and Resolve wrote."). Nothing is shared until you confirm. A share opens that one item and your activity summary, never any other session or conversation. You can stop sharing from the item or from "Shared with counselors" in My Journey; access ends immediately, and it also ends on its own if the Counselor leaves the role or your access period closes. Stopping never deletes anything. Nobody on staff can ask you for a share through the app, and no one is told whether a counselor opened it. There is no share link, export or PDF.
4.3 What staff access means. HappiYou staff access is limited by role, logged in an add-only audit log, and reviewed. HappiYou Admins work in a separate console and never open any student's sessions, summaries or crisis data. Coaching memory is encrypted at rest, and student content is encrypted at the application layer (Section 16).
4.4 Example: what your DRL sees on an alert. Say Jordan Mitchell, a student at a school with a DRL list, triggers a Level 1 alert. Every DRL's phone gets a text that says only that there is an alert, the time and a link. After signing in, the DRL sees: "Jordan Mitchell, jordan@school.edu, Code CU-F26-7KQ2"; Level 1; the kind of concern from the short list; the time and status; Jordan's emergency preferences and trusted contact; how many past alerts there were at this school and when; and the line "The kind of concern is shared. The student's words are not." The DRL never sees a single word Jordan wrote.
4.5 Confirming it is you. Finished sessions and ended Advice conversations in My Journey open only after you confirm it is you (your password, or "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" if you signed up that way). The confirmation lasts ten minutes while you read. Open conversations and every crisis screen are never locked behind it. While locked, a finished session shows only "Finished session", its date and its type.
5. What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We do not show ads, and we do not use your information to target ads anywhere.
We do not use what you write to train AI models, and our AI model providers are bound by contract not to.
We do not give your school, a group leader, a parent or an employer what you write.
We do not use your Resolve EQ information in other HappiYou products without telling you first.
6. Service providers, including AI model providers
6.1 AI model providers. Resolve EQ uses our AI model providers, listed in the Subprocessor List; which one handles a request depends on the task (coaching, safety check, the summaries you see). We do not name them on public pages; schools and groups receive the named list under a confidentiality agreement (6.3). Every provider must agree by contract not to train on your information, to keep it only as long as needed, and to process it in the United States.
6.2 Other service providers. Hosting (Vercel); database and sign-in (Supabase), including a private, encrypted store for the safety system's rules and the AI's instructions; a cloud key management service that holds the encryption master key; email delivery (Resend) for account, verification, alert, DRL and help request emails, with click and open tracking turned off; text message delivery (Twilio) for Level 1 DRL alerts; payments (Stripe), including Stripe's customer portal where subscribers change a card or cancel; and Google or Apple only if you chose one of them to finish access-code sign-up. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
6.3 The list. Schools and groups can get our current list of named providers under a confidentiality agreement.
7. Other times we may share information
When you ask us to, such as sending an alert email, a Referral Flag, or a share with a counselor.
With your school or DRL, only as in Sections 3 and 4.
To follow the law (Section 17).
To protect someone from serious harm, when the law allows.
If HappiYou is sold or merged, with notice to you first.
8. How long we keep information
The Resolve EQ Data Retention and Deletion Policy (v2, 10-18-2026) controls if this summary differs.
Account information, what you write, your plan, coaching memory, mood, growth data, Advice
How long: Until you ask us to delete your account. If you do not sign in for 3 years, we will email you at least 60 days before deleting.Personal code and access periods
How long: Kept with the safety record (below).Safety record (levels, kinds of concern, pattern events, alert records, your AI response reports)
How long: Kept indefinitely with your full name, verified school email and school, even after you delete your account. If we ever set a limit it will be no shorter than 10 years.Safety alerts sent to a DRL
How long: Our delivery records: kept with the safety record. The DRL's screens: removed after the school's agreement ends. Your school keeps any copy it received under its own rules.Referral Flags
How long: Kept with the safety record, with your name, so your school's DRL queue stays complete.Shares you choose
How long: The record of each share and its end: with the audit log. The content itself follows "what you write".Semester check-in
How long: Individual answers: while your account exists, or 3 years after your last check-in. Combined results: may be kept.Terms acceptance
How long: Kept after deletion with your account id life of account plus 6 years.Alert recipient emails
How long: 30 days after the last scheduled email; a scrambled form of an opt-out address is kept so we can honor it.Purchase records
How long: Kept after deletion with your account id 7 years.Help requests
How long: 2 years after the request is resolved, then deleted automatically. If you delete your account, your help requests are deleted then; we keep a count and the deletion request itself as the record.Technical and log data
How long: Application logs 30 days; security logs 1 year; audit logs 6 years.
9. Your choices and rights
9.1 Everyone has these rights, wherever you live:
See the information we have about you.
Correct account information that is wrong. You can edit most of it in Settings, and change your login email (we confirm the new address first). We do not edit what you wrote.
Ask us to delete your account. Use Get help and choose "My account and data", or email help@resolveeq.com. There is no delete button in the app on purpose. A HappiYou Admin confirms it is you, deletes your account and confirms by email within 30 days.
Ask to move to another school or program, or to continue on your own, from Settings ("Request a move"). HappiYou completes the move. Your old school is told you are no longer linked to it, never where you went.
Turn reminder emails (session reminders and check-in reminders) on or off in Settings. Account, safety, receipt and help request emails cannot be turned off while you have an account; Resolve EQ sends no marketing email.
Get a copy of your account information and what you wrote. Ask through Get help ("My account and data"); we send it to your login email as a file.
9.2 How to ask. Use Get help or email help@resolveeq.com for deletion, account and other privacy requests. We will confirm it is you, usually by asking you to reply from your login email. We will respond within 30 days. If we say no, we will tell you why.
9.3 What deletion deletes and keeps. Deletion removes all your conversations, coaching memory and snapshots, insights, growth data, check-in answers, moods, reminders, sign-in activity, help requests, the copy of any alert email you sent, and your account. We keep, with your full name, verified school email and school, and nothing else about you: the record that a safety alert was raised and a crisis notification delivered, the safety classifications, pattern alerts (without the list of sessions), Referral Flags, your terms acceptances, and your purchases and subscription. If you sent an alert, the recipient's own preparation answers stay but are no longer linked to you. Your school's screens then show your name with the words "Account deleted" on any safety signal, pattern alert or Referral Flag that already existed. Deletion cannot recall anything already sent to your school. Deleting your account ends any unused purchased sessions and your subscription. The email you receive: "Your Resolve EQ account has been deleted, along with your conversations, sign-in and settings. If a safety alert was ever raised, we keep a record that it was sent, with your name and school email. We haven't kept anything you wrote. Questions? Just reply and we'll help."
9.4 Your school cannot delete you. Your school can end your access, but only you can ask for your account to be deleted. If your school ends your access, your account stays, and from Settings you can subscribe on your own or enter another school's code.
9.5 We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
9.6 If you subscribe on your own. If you delete an individual subscription account, the kept safety record carries your name and your login email, because you have no school email. Nothing is deleted while a subscription is lapsed; your history waits for you if you renew.
9.7 Questions people ask.
Can my school see that I use Resolve EQ? Yes: your name, school email, personal code and that you registered, plus totals. Not what you wrote.
Can my parents see what I write? No. At a school for younger students a parent may ask the school for what the school itself received; HappiYou never gives a parent what you wrote.
Can my employer see it, if I joined through a workplace program? Your program's staff see the same as school staff: your name and totals, and a summary only on a crisis path. Never what you wrote.
Can a counselor read my session? Only if you share it with them, and only until you stop sharing.
Does anyone at HappiYou read my conversations? No, except with your permission for a specific support request or when the law requires it.

10. State privacy rights and consumer health data
We apply the rights in Section 9 to everyone, wherever you live. If a state law gives you more, we honor it.
11. If you joined through a school: FERPA
11.1 Your school chose to offer Resolve EQ, but you chose to sign up. Your school does not send us a list of its people. We learn about you only when you register with its code and prove your school mailbox.
11.2 Some information connected to your school access, such as the fact that you registered with its code, your personal code, the summary your DRL and Counselors can see once you are in a crisis path, any safety alert or Referral Flag sent to your school, and anything you choose to share with a counselor, may become part of your school's records. To the extent FERPA (20 U.S.C. 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) applies to information we hold for your school, we act as a "school official" under your school's direct control and use that information only for the purposes in our agreement with your school. What you write in Resolve EQ is yours. We hold it for you, not for your school, and your school cannot access it unless you share it.
12. If you use Resolve EQ in a group
A group is an organization HappiYou sets up, such as a team, program or community. A group may name a DRL (including an outside counselor, such as an employee assistance counselor); if it does, Sections 3 and 4 apply as they do for a school, with "program" in place of "school". If it does not, nothing is sent to anyone (Section 3.6). A consumer group (individual subscribers HappiYou places together for billing) never has a DRL and its members are never connected to each other. Group members do not take the Semester check-in. At a group, staff who must reach you in a crisis see your login email and phone, because a group has no school email.
13. Readiness surveys for schools
Resolve EQ does not run readiness surveys for schools and never gives a school a list that rates or ranks students.
14. If you received an email from someone using Resolve EQ
14.1 Someone using Resolve EQ chose to send you a short email letting you know they would like to talk. You do not need an account and we have not created one for you. If you choose to, the email offers you a way to prepare for the conversation too; what you write there is yours and is not shown to the sender.
14.2 We use your address only to send that email, confirm delivery, and allow a limited number of re-sends if it bounced. We do not add you to a list or share your address with the sender's school. We keep your address for 30 days after the last scheduled email. If the sender later deletes their account, your preparation answers are kept without any link to them.
14.3 If you do not want these emails, write to help@resolveeq.com, and we will block your address. If an email felt harassing, tell us at help@resolveeq.com.
15. Children
Resolve EQ is for people 18 and older, with one exception: a school or program that has told HappiYou its audience includes students under 18. Individual subscriptions require an 18-or-over confirmation at checkout. Nobody under 13 may use Resolve EQ. At a school for younger students, a parent or guardian may ask the school for what the school itself received (for example a safety alert); a parent cannot see what the student wrote, and HappiYou never contacts a parent. At a school whose audience is set to minors, students cannot buy extra sessions, and disclosures (Section 3.7) ask the same question as for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 outside such a deployment.
16. How we protect your information
16.1 Protections include encryption in transit and at rest; application-layer encryption of what you write (your coaching memory and snapshots, Advice conversations and their close-outs, unsent coach drafts, both copies of any alert you send, your coaching note and plan insights, and the other student-content fields) with the master key held in a cloud key management service separate from the app's own settings, so a stolen database yields structure, scores and timestamps, never conversations; access rules built into our database so each role reaches only what it is allowed to, and safety, Advice, session and registration records are written only by the server; keeping what you write out of logs; an add-only log of every HappiYou console action; a confirm-it's-you step before past conversations and slowing login attempts after repeated wrong passwords, with no lockout; and regular security reviews. Staff crisis notes, reviewer notes and counselor-facing summaries stay readable because staff need them.
16.2 If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and, where required, regulators, as the law requires, including the NY SHIELD Act. If you joined through a school, we will also notify your school within 72 hours of confirming a breach.
17. Requests from the government or in legal cases
We share information only on valid legal process and push back on requests that are too broad. Unless the law prohibits it or an emergency makes it impossible, we will tell you before we share.
18. Where information is processed
Resolve EQ runs from the United States and stores your information in the United States.
19. Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change, we will tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the Terms version changes, you will be asked to accept the new version in the app before you continue. Every version of this policy, with its effective date, is listed in the Privacy Policy version log, and earlier versions are available on request through Get help. How we use cookies and similar storage is in the Cookie and Analytics Notice.
